It's been several months since my last post here and not much has happened since then until now.
Hawaii 6 Months:
I went to Hawaii for what I thought would be thru the cold months of winter but ended up being on the Big Island of Hawaii for 6 months.
RADHA Manual
I wrote out the RADHA Loan Manual. It took about 6 week to two months. I tended to choirs at my Mothers house taking another couple months of time.
Travel & Talent Agency
I also starting a travel service with the first event being in LA (450 room nights for 300 people at an event of 1,500 core attendees and about 100,000 Venice Beach goers.) It should be up running by next summer. That took about 3 weeks. We are also looking into developing a talent agency. It’s a slow start but may offer some very promising prospects. More on that later.
Correspondence & Face Book
I must have spent about a month on my correspondence and getting to catch up with everyone on Face Book which has been terrific but incredibly time consuming. I headed out to LA for a program there with friends before coming to Forida to see my Daughter here in Florida. 2 weeks in palm cost and now 3 weeks here in Gainesville.
Doering Mortgage Interested
Some friends of mine have some distressed properties so introduced me to their mortgage company: Doering Mortgage. Chris Doering is an old Gators foot ball star and well known here in Florida. He recognized how timely and helpful RADHA loan will prove to distressed owners and banks and offered to provide the 1st Term Loan should there be any interested clients. His partner, Bow, has about 5 ATT franchises and expects to open another 30 to 50 within the next few months. We are now looking into approaching some banks. If they are interested, Chris will provide the mortgages and RADHA will officially be in business.
Off to Africa
I have a friend who is helping to organize Working Villages in Africa. It appears they have a sponsor for the project. If those investors come thru, I’m likely going to Africa to help lead the project up.
The aspect I’ll be working on is planting trees. Each of these trees can earn between $10 to $25 dollars a year in Carbon taxes and so the gov’t of a couple countries wants to plant a million trees for an annual income of between $15 to $25 million a year. The trees can then sell for wood for about $250 in 6 to 8 years providing another $250 million. More on that later.
That’s the latest. We will have to see if and any of these projects can translate into some financial reciprocation. We will have to see what the Good Lord arranges.
PS. Computer was stolen so maybe off line for a while til I get the new one. Probably will order one from Dell so it maybe a couple weeks before I'm on line again.
